The original grew out of the work I do with my art for philanthropy, using each piece to create real impact. It became a picture of what it means to reach back and lift someone else. Hands return again and again across my work: how we hold, how we give, and how we pass things on.
To live with this piece is to carry a daily reminder of who lifted you, of what matters, and of the ones you are now called to lift. A legacy received, and a legacy passed on.
